Semiconductor manufacturers like NXP can now use AWS IoT Core Multi-Account Registration to pre-configure silicon components like secure elements with X.509 certificates and private keys, ensuring devices built using these components are pre-qualified to connect to AWS IoT by default. AWS IoT customers can then use these qualified devices together with AWS IoT Multi-Account Registration to simplify device registration and easily move devices between multiple AWS accounts in the same Region.

NXP has integrated the EdgeLock SE050 with the AWS IoT Core Multi-Account Registration feature. For details on how to use NXP’s EdgeLock™ SE050 Secure Element together with AWS IoT Core Multi-Account Registration, see the AWS Partner Device Catalog listing.
